Our Courses

We understand that conflict management does not stand alone. The subject is naturally infused with important matters of Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, A Duty of Care, Teamwork and Leadership; therefore, as well as blending these principles into all our training, we can deliver these subjects as stand alone sessions - if requested - as well as offering one on one coaching.

Training on offer:

Managing Conflict, Aggression, and Dangerous Behaviour. (A general course for staff teams covering risk reduction, conflict and aggression management, and teamwork.

Managing and Reducing Risks Associated with Conflict. (A course that looks at the working environment, working routine and habits, communication, environmental intensities (psychological and emotionally informed environments).

Lone Working and Personal Safety-Building Based, (hostel, charity food provision, community centre, hotel, shop, showroom etc).

Lone Working and Personal Safety -Community Based, (Social Workers, Nurses, Doctors, Care Workers, Support Workers).

Front of House Staff Safety (Reception/ shop/ showroom/ community centre)

Personal Safety for Charity Workers. (Door to Door and Street Canvassers, service promotions, working at public events -promotional stands etc).

One to One Sessions. (Individual coaching on personal safety and management of conflict, lone working in a variety of setting including community.

Online delivery is available. For all sessions including one to one coaching.
